All materials on this site, including, but not limited to text, images, and HTML code are protected by UK, US and international copyright laws, and may not be copied, modified, transmitted, translated, or otherwise distributed by any means without permission from The Affiliate Attic. Such permission may be given in the form of a limited license, as explained under the 'eBook and Downloaded Content License Agreement' section of these Terms of Use.

The Affiliate Attic is not necessarily affiliated with sites that may be linked to within, and the Affiliate Attic is not responsible for their content. The site links are provided for your convenience only and you access them at your own risk.

The materials within The Affiliate Attic (be they site content, or free or paid for downloadable content) are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Affiliate Attic disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Affiliate Attic does not warrant that access to the materials will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected in any particular timeframe. That said The Affiliate Attic does its level best to provide you with alternative content on a replacement basis if you are dissatisfied with a particular paid for downloadable product (see our Refund Policy).

eBook and Downloaded Content License Agreement

Products sold from the "With Private Label Rights" category come with master resale rights, and private label rights, included in the price.

Products sold from the "Without Private Label Rights" category are licensed for the downloader's use only, sometimes on a single website only, i.e. they include no private label rights (PLRs) to resell and rebrand the content.

Please refer to the product description or licensing details file after download for more details regarding what you can do and what you cannot do with the product. If you have a specific question prior to purchase, please contact us using the 'Ask a question about this product' link in the product fly page (description page).

"(With PLR)" and "(Without PLR)" are clearly stated in the product names to further aid identification.

Refund Policy

All sales are final once you have downloaded the products (i.e. ebooks or articles, etc) ordered. We will however work with you to help resolve any technical difficulties you may experience regarding download of your order. This is limited to issues related to downloading and unarchiving (decompressing or "unZIPing") the downloaded materials.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will at our discretion offer an equivalent replacement product to your order, of equal value.

This is subject to your rights under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.

Delivery Policy

Products (i.e. ebooks or articles, etc.) are delivered as downloadable digital files from our website. Many are compressed as ZIP files. You will need a ZIP decompression program to access them. You should already have this installed on your computer but if you don't, you can get a FREE utility from sites such as http://www.winzip.com/ or http://www.rarlab.com/

Some files are delivered in PDF file format. To display PDF files you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader which is available FREE from http://www.adobe.com/

Audio files are delivered in the MP3 or MP4 format. To listen to MP3 or MP4 files you will need a player such as Windows Media Player or Apple iTunes, available FREE from http://www.microsoft.com or http://www.apple.com respectively.

Other files are delivered as text or HTML files which can be loaded into and read by any leading web browser such as FireFox, Internet Explorer, or Safari.
